Although we strive to ensure our dogs are well adjusted and non aggressive, we cannot guarantee the behavior or personality of any dog. We do our best to provide you with an accurate account of what we have observed while the dog has been in our care. The Dog House K9 Rescue releases all legal responsibility of any of our dogs to the new fosters. By accepting and upon submission of this application, the applicant(s) release and hold harmless The Dog House K9 Rescue and its individual members, officers and volunteers from all claims arising from the conduct of this dog on or after the effective date of this agreement including but not limited to personal injury and/or property damage to myself and others associated with this foster. *
